What a fantastic class! Louise is a great instructor and passionate about the benefits of fermentation. The instructions were clear and easy to follow so that you can continue and expand the process at home, plus we got to make and take home lovely jars of sauerkraut and pickled vegetables. The tour through the Edible Forest was exciting and very informative. It was a wonderful day, thank you!
